Solution: First ensure your IP address is actually licensed: http://verify.cpanel.net

If its showing as licensesd, then run

# rdate -s rdate.darkorb.net

If the error is still occurring run:

#/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

If you continue to have the error, please contact your vendor or if a Crucial Paradigm customer please submit a tech support ticket.
