   Have Centos3.9. Tried install through yum but says cannot find a package matching perl-Net-SSLeay so no actions to take. Wondering if it works on that version of centos?

   very simple , clear and useful!1

   i’m NOT an expert but i’ve install webmin in a snap and all work fine

   Instructions on WbMin website are absolutely not clear and ONLY for experts
